Info: JOY, resilience, community! That's what we'll focus on cultivating together in this Contemporary Modern class. After a luxurious, full-body warmup, we'll play with buoyant phrases reflecting big dollops of release and Limón influences. Class culminates with a longer, expansive phrase. Modifications are always welcome.
