SoCo Movement Arts offers many ways to keep moving your body. Included are private Reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, and dance classes, all of which are low impact and help you develop core strength and balance while taking pressure off your joints and ensuring proper and equal muscle use and precise muscle isolation.  This distribution results in a more even effort throughout the body, improving stability and ease of movement. Beginners to advanced.

Group Reformer
