Included are private Reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, and dance classes, all of which are low impact and help you develop core strength and balance while taking pressure off your joints and ensuring proper and equal muscle use and precise muscle isolation. This distribution results in a more even effort throughout the body, improving stability and ease of movement. Beginners to advanced.
Mat Classes
Using breath, body weight and gravity and precise performance of exercises, the body's physical physiological effects become immediately apparent.
Group Reformer
These sessions enable you to benefit from reformer-work with a max of four other people. You will tone, build strength, increase flexibility, and improve balance.
Jump Pilates
This high energy, low-impact class is perfect for those who wants an aerobic workout using plyometric movement against spring tension versus gravity in 25 minutes.
Adult Dance Classes
Our adult dance classes include contemporary/modern, ballet, and social /theater.
